Stop Sleep Talking Every Night

It’s never funny when your friend or family tell you that you were talking during your sleep. In a lot of sleep talking cases the victim is made fun of using the exact spoken words or with an added twist. Sleep talking is sometimes triggered by horrific pictures or films watched before bed-time. When it comes to films try watching comedies or happy ever after films. Coupled with this is the need to reduce alcohol and drug intake as these substances have depression as an after effect that is known to start sleep talking.
